There is one boat parking spot available in the sideyard. The IRB boat launch/ramp to the Intracoastal Waterway is just 2 1/2 blocks west on 15th Avenue. While you can't leave your boat trailer at the launch, you can tie up your boat at the dock, drive the trailer back to the sideyard, and then take a 4-minute walk back to your boat.

Located in the BEST area of Indian Rocks Beach! Only 2 blocks from Indian Rocks Beach (leading straight to a pedestrian crosswalk)... also only a 1 block walk to many local restaurants including Hurricane Eddy's, Grouper's, TJ's Italian, Keegan's!!!
Not to mention, 2.5 blocks away from Guppy's, the highest-rated restaurant in the area!

This includes essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap. Please note that these starter supplies are intended to get you going, and you may need to replenish them during your stay if you require more.

1 dog of any size is welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $200 required 
The Pet Fee is not included in the booking total if you book on Airbnb so you will be charged separately after the booking reservation is made.
Specific dog breeds and Cats are Not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarias, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf-dog Hybrid).
